Youth Engagement Specialist
Working with teens who have experienced instability, trauma, and broken trust requires more than patience—it requires consistency, courage, and commitment. They don’t need adults who say “yes” because it’s easier; they need those who care enough to set boundaries and say “no” when it matters. With empathy and structure, we show them that expectations aren’t control—they’re a belief in their potential.
Most importantly, they need someone who shows up—not just once, but every day. For many, this may be the first time they experience a stable adult presence, someone who stays long enough to build real trust.
