Support Services
We all need to go home sometimes for support and encouragement. Journey to Dream’s support services provide this foundation to youth as they transition from Kyle’s Place to independent living, as well as to other teens in the community who are experiencing crisis or transition.
Journey to Dream is expanding its ongoing support services to meet teens in the community where they are. Our goal is to ensure these emerging adults have a stable and reliable source for advice and resources as they continue their journey of healing and growth.
