I believe every young person deserves someone who sees their potential, stands beside them through the hard moments, and refuses to give up on their future. I am inspired by the courage of our youth and committed to ensuring they are never defined by what has happened to them, but empowered to discover who they are, recognize their worth, and build the future they deserve.

My why comes years after teens leave Kyle's Place, when they return to share their stories of success, the life lessons they have learned, and the ways they are now making a positive impact on others. It is seeing them take pride in the person they have become because of the challenges they have overcome. It is watching them become the catalyst for change in their families and communities, inspiring others to believe in themselves and make a difference.

I want teens to know they have value, a voice, and someone in their corner. Real conversations can change lives, and I want teens to have a space where they feel comfortable having them.

Being part of something bigger than myself. I've always been passionate about nonprofit organizations. I believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive.

While my role is behind the scenes, I know that the work I do helps provide the support and stability Journey to Dream Foundation needs to continue empowering teens and creating brighter futures. Knowing my contributions help make that mission possible gives my work purpose and inspires me every day.

I believe every child deserves a stable, supportive village to help them thrive. As the volunteer coordinator, I have the unique joy of connecting passionate change-makers with the teens who need them most, believe in their potential, and cheer them on. Seeing the meaningful connections built between our volunteers and these amazing young people is what drives me every single day.

I believe no teen should ever be overlooked. Every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. By investing in and supporting our youth, we are not only helping them reach their full potential but also building a stronger, more compassionate society.
